Delicious food, exceptional service and exceptional view over the lake. Comfy bed in the superior queen room, plus a writing desk and a new carpet. Particularly good and unbeatable position far away from the town center.

The location offered amazing views over the lake, and I couldn't get enough of the scenery from both my room and the terrace. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. Dining options were fantastic, with a great breakfast and delicious snacks at the bar. Plus, the free parking was a welcome convenience!
I can recommend this hotel.

Very clean, modern, lots of parking, helpful staff.
Took a long time to check in as the front desk employee was away and the other employee did not know how to check us in. We could hear a baby or child crying much of the night and people arguing in the room next to us.

We really enjoyed reasonably good and delicious breakfasts and excellent views!
The hotel was located very close to the lake and the Remarkables and Mercure and Fernhill suburb. The room was tasteful and huge, had smoke detectors for the safety. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a fairly clean bathroom a roll in shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Magnificent and awesome location nice to have sky telly to wind down with after a day of adventures, met the purpose.

Here's my unfiltered experience
The views from the room were amazing! Our family especially loved the complimentary hot chocolate and the friendliness of the staff. A clean room with all needed amenities and a delicious menu. Just a short trek to the town was nice.

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful.
The room we stayed in was only partly renovated which made me feel that the price was a little high. We did however have the most wonderful view over the lake which made up for our disappointment somewhat.

Up graded to a lakeside view. Staff were friendly. Food at restaurant was nice. Good option for express breakfast.
Slightly outdated décor. Would expect wifi in rooms. Not enough power points in rooms to charge cellphones and ipods. One of the beds needed replacing. Not enough light in the room.
